Shia LaBeouf Workout and Diet

  • Proteins
  • In spite of extensive work and exercises, Shia has experienced abrupt increase in weight, just like any one of us. He takes his proteins-foods such as eggs, chicken, fish as well as meat. These foods enhances his body strength and provide energy for exercise and acting.

    • Carbohydrate and fat

His meal is also comprised of high carbohydrate content. He takes in large quantities of rice, potatoes, wheat and yams. Carbohydrates provide energy, which is useful for metabolism. In addition, Shia takes fatty foods and most interestingly, he has declared that he does not control the amount of fats he takes. However, most of the fatty foods are from natural sources.

    • Supplements

Shia, as well, takes supplements to boost his nutrient value in the body. He takes protein supplements four times per day. He also takes energy boosters, which provide ready energy to his body. On the other hand, supplements can be dangerous to the body, if not carefully administered. Shia knows that thing and to avoid any problems, he takes running sessions to burn out these artificial proteins and energy. In this way, the boy retains sufficient and the most important nutrients in the body.
