Megan Fox enjoys a diet plan made by Harley, which is called a 5 Factor Diet. In this diet she can eat 5 small meals a day. Also, there is a day where she can eat whatever she wants. This is called a cheat day. You can see Harley’s other clients – Lady Gaga Diet, Rihanna Diet.

There are certain things which Megan Fox follows –

  • She avoids processed foods like potato chips, white bread, crackers and whole grain foods.
  • She consumes fruits and vegetables as a source of carbohydrates.
  • She never misses breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day. Megan loves eggs and eats them daily in her breakfast, generally 2 egg whites.
  • To get vitamins, especially Vitamin E (a strong antioxidant), she eats almonds. Almonds can also be used to lose weight. Yes, you read it right. It contains protein and fiber that keeps you full. Thus making a good healthy snack.
  • To shed some weight, she also intakes apple cider vinegar by putting it on the salads. Be sure to use it in small amounts because it is basic in nature (technically it is acidic).
