  • Quad stretch (legs) – Lie on the ground on any side say left, with knees bent and together. Keep your right leg as it is and extend your left one straight. Then hold the right toe with right hand and pull it in as much it is possible. Stay in this position for half a minute. Repeat it with other leg also.
  • Ball leg curls – Lie on your back and keep a small exercise ball under your right leg. For support press your palms on the ground. Raise your left leg and keep it in that position for the entire movement. Now roll the ball In and out towards your buttocks and then to the starting position. Repeat it the same way with other leg.
  • Cooling Down – After all the exercises, cool down your body with slow jogging and light stretches to avoid any kind of injuries.
