A Little Experiment

In order to prove her point that one looks like what one eats, she suggests her fans to try a little experiment. She asks them to go on a plane ride without drinking water (by drinking sodas and coffee) and just sleep during the flight. When you wake up, just go in front of a mirror and see how you look. Then you need to take another plane ride in which you should drink a lot of water and then go to sleep. Again, go in front of the mirror. You will definitely see the difference yourself.
