What is Emma’s favorite form of exercise?

Emma loves to play field hockey, go for hill walking and running outdoors. She loves to play a sport, which produces sweat. Emma does not think that playing hockey is unfeminine, and she finds herself very pretty after the game with her pink cheeks and bright eyes.

Whether she is wearing a gorgeous gown or Burberry trench, one cannot help but notice her fit figure. She always prefers going to the gym and does at least 90 minutes of workout in a day.

She has five days per week workout plan, which includes intense cardio including Pilates, weight lifting and sprints.

Pilates: Joseph Pilates was the one who devised it for the balanced development for core strength and flexibility. The benefits of Pilates are that one gets leaner and stronger body, and gets grace in body movements. The main six principles for Pilates exercises is centering, control, flow, breathe, precision and concentration. With these six principles and along with its core strength and torso stability, Pilates is considered to be different from all other exercises and it works best for wide range of people.

Weight Lifting: If anyone wishes to have stronger bones with a toned and feminine body, then make your way to weight lifting. It boosts your metabolism which makes your body look great. Weight lifting is all divided into 30-40 categories to tone different parts of body like arms, legs, core, back, chest, shoulders, etc. Before weight lifting, warming up is very essential or it may cause internal injuries to the body.

Sprint Running: It strengthens the cardiovascular system and helps in burning calories. It also increases muscle mass and stamina and works on your immune system too. Some key points for sprint running are:

  • Sprint running is most effective with good posture.
  • For faster sprints, make use of your arms.
