Emma Stone attempts to walk, when she has no other alternative left. That is, this her third alternative after indoor/outdoor rock-climbing and pilates training. She generally walks/jogs or do slow running, to keep her fit and healthy.

Emma Stone, at the gym, is mainly indulged, in building flexibility, endurance and stamina, as she is already thin and lean.

Emma Stone has not revealed much of her diet secrets. But, it is known that Emma drinks daily atleast 7 glasses of Lemonade. Emma Stone has achieved a great body with her regular exercises and proper eating habits. But, Emma is against the idea of too much exercises and hates fad diets. For “Amazing Spiderman” movie, she has done a lot of hard-work with the help of her personal trainer – pilates, weight training and other exercises, which she doesn’t do normally.
