The actress exercises for five times in a week, in her favorite gym (but a total of six times weekly). She focuses on cardio training, uphill running on treadmill, circuit training, strength training and toning exercises. Earlier, she exercised for 3 hours a day. Now, Lilly exercises for only 1 hour, daily. Apart from exercising, she also takes part in some outdoor sports and activities like snow boarding, rock climbing, golfing, jogging, surfing and ice skating. She also does yoga and Pilates for better concentration and peace of mind.

Evangeline Lilly’s perfect figure can be attributed to her strength training exercises. She uses resistance bands for performing body weight exercises along with lifting weights. Her workout days focus on different muscle groups of the body. Hence, the plan gives adequate rest to her muscles.
