Lindsay Lohan Workout and Diet

Lindsay Lohan is one of the most talked celebs for having a gaunt and lean figure. There is a lot of hard work behind her slim-jim and magnificent physic. She has been putting a lot of time and effort into it. She goes for spinning workout in the morning after she wakes up till 8 am. In general, her daily workout regime starts with –

  • Warm-up – Warm-up all your muscles with jogging or normal walking for 10-15 min.
  • Hamstring Stretch – Sit on the floor or on a mat with straight legs and palms should be on ground for support but back should be straight. Now lean forward, bend by the waist as much you can and stay in that position for half a minute. Repeat this five- six times.
